There is no walk-in capacity at the clinic, and all patients must be referred by a doctor. Please do not attend without an appointment.
Finding us
We are in Woodbridge on the northwest corner of Highway 7 and Pine Valley Drive, north of Highway 407 and between Highway 400 and Highway 427.
Our medical building sits at the western end of the parking lot. The clinic is on the second floor, Suite 200.
Parking
Free of charge, in the lot next to the building. There is no hospital parking fee to pay here.
Public transit
The clinic is served by York Region Transit, including the VIVA bus route along Highway 7, which connects to the TTC.
Patients
We cannot book you without a referral from a physician. If you have an appointment and need to change or cancel it, call as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Referring physicians
Fax the referral form and medical history form to 905-856-2602. Please check our health criteria first, since patients outside them are safer in a hospital setting.
